Le choix de la qualité !
Un personnel exceptionnellement attentif, serviable et spontanément chaleureux. Un emplacement parfait au cœur de la vieille ville dans le beau cadre d'un ancien palais. Salle de bain superbe et originale. La chambre pourrait être un peu plus grande pour un 5 étoiles mais la vue sur la place est très agréable. Literie confortable. Occultation à un peu améliorer pour les maniaques du sommeil dans le noir absolu. Nombreux rangements. WiFi parfaite. Petit déjeuner très généreux et de qualité exceptionnelle : pas de buffet mais tout est préparé à la commande et sans aucune limite. Servi avec beaucoup de gentillesse et une souriante efficacité. Terrasse très agréable à laquelle nous avons pu avoir accès en cette fin avril bien qu'elle n'ouvre en principe qu'un peu plus tard dans la saison. En résumé, un excellent séjour de 2 nuits dans un cadre privilégié.

Situation idéale
Très bon hôtel très bien situé au cœur de Dubrovnik. Petit café avec vu sur la place du marché, où prendre le petit déjeuner ou un dîner casual.Bar sympa pour l’apero Et excellent restaurant terrasse. Service attentionné et souriant. Seul point négatif, il n’y a pas de piscine ni de terrasse où relaxer en après-midi.

Hôtel avec peu de chambres et avec beaucoup de charme. Très bien situé dans la vieille ville. La seule contrainte est liée au stationnement du véhicule, en dehors de la vieille ville (et tant mieux), très éloigné de l'hôtel et pas gratuit (contrairement à ce qui est mentionné lors de la réservation). Au final, je recommande cet hôtel à 100%.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spectacular and the location is unbeatable. Directly within old town but with that comes a bit more banter outside of your window. Staff was great and included breakfast buffet was even better! Highly recommend. Parking is just outside the old town walls (8 mins walk) but was very costly (~60 euros a night).

구시가 내에 위치한 럭셔리 호텔..한두가지 아쉬움
최고의 위치. 구시가 내에 위치한 호텔로서는 최고. 리셉션 직원 친절, 다른 크로아티아 호텔과 마찬가지로 비데, 치약/칫솔, 면도기, 빗 없음. 무료 생수 서비스로 제공. 레스토랑 맛 훌륭, 아침은 주문받는 형식(A la carta). 고풍스럽고 품격있으나, 방문 손잡이 부실(약간 망가짐), 조명 하나 깜빡거림. 화장실 수압 좋고 어메니티 불가리로 좋으나, 변기가 편하지 않고 욕조 들어가기가 불편함이 있는 다소간의 아쉬움.

想像以上のホテルでした。空港からのシャトルバスの停留所からそこまで遠くない距離にあります。部屋はクラシックな雰囲気でバスタブが素敵でした。アメニティはブルガリでした。朝食も豪華でした。チェックアウト前日にはフライトの時刻の確認の電話をくれて、簡単な朝ごはんを持たせてくれました（英語ができない方は注意）。また空港までのシャトルバス乗り場までスタッフがスーツケースをもって連れてってくれました。そのサービスを断ることもできますが、お願いする場合は当然チップのご用意を。ローシーズンだったこともあって静かでとても心地よい滞在となりました。大変おすすめのホテルです。

Perfect central spot to stay in the Old Town. Lively area with a morning farmers market outside and can easily explore the city. The staff we very accomodating and provided many recommendations to us. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in Duvrovnik old town. They arrange pick up at the airport and a porter at the town’s gate (no cars allowed in) to take luggage to the hotel. We had a health issue and hotel staff were great in helping us get medical attention. The restaurant there is good.

Expected more for the money…
This hotel has the potential to be an amazing place to stay however the price is exaggerated and, in addition, the condition of our room was poor. Specifically, the in-room AC unit was extremely noisy (we had to corner it between things to stop the vibrations) and the bathroom was smelly due to odors coming from the pipes. To be honest, we didn’t ask for technical help since we were staying 2 days and didn’t want to be bothered.

Pucic Palace is a fabulous hotel but during our visit they had problems with the air conditioning, and so we had touse a VERY noisy temporary system. Also on one of the evenings there was no hot water. It is an old building so these things happen.

2日間宿泊予定でしたが、南京虫がいるという理由で初日はアパートに宿泊させられました。それ自体は南京虫対策で仕方ない部分があるかもですが、2日目にアップグレードの部屋と言われて準備された部屋も狭い屋根裏部屋でした。そして夜中まで部屋の前で工事してました。 朝食は良かったですが、それ以外はあまりいいホテルとは思えません。二度と宿泊しません。

Great location in Dubrovnik
The Pucic Palace is a lovely boutique hotel with a can't beat location in Dubrovnik. It really gives you the feel of staying in the city and not some generic hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We had an early flight and they arranged for breakfast to go, portering of our bags, and transfer to the airport. It isn't cheap, but we felt it was worth it.

The hotel is fantastically placed in the old town. It’s very clean and has a super restaurant. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay very special. One of the best hotels we have ever been too.

There was NOhot water. NO heat. Terrible meat cooking smells. A dirty used disposable slipper left for me so cleaners aren’t cleaning. I filed a claim with my bank card company to get a full refund per visa rules as I left early due to not getting a room change and no heat or hot water. Staff is awful. Don’t be fooled by nice when you arrive. It’s an awful management team

We enjoy the Pucic Palace for three reasons. The first one is its central and convenient location, near the food market, shops, restaurants, and attractions. Secondly, its friendly and helpful staffs make us feel comfortable and cared for. We only had one day to cover the city. Marijana at the front desk went the extra to ensure we could have enough time to enjoy the beautiful city; she recommended restaurants and sights and arranged a taxi to the airport. Lastly, the room is big and clean and brings you back to the old times. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. We highly recommend it to anyone who seeks a hotel that feels like a home away from home.

Wonderful Old Town location in a historic, but updated building. Welcoming and attentive staff. Good breakfast. This was at the upper end of my accommodation budget, but worth the splurge to stay in the heart of Old Town. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend the Pucic Palace, which is beautiful and so comfortable. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and the location absolutely can't be beat. It is in the heart of old town, which I loved. One note - because it is so centrally located, it can be a little noisy if there are drunken revelers out and about, but that didn't bother us at all and I will always err on the side of a great location.

When we had a problem with the toilet leaking we had to ask to be moved. They should OFFERED to move us. We had a shower that did not drain but they did fix that right away. Overall it was a very special visit to Dubrovnik made even better by the whole experience.
