Welcome to Willis Woods Cabin — a beautifully renovated mountain retreat originally built in 2007. With 2,336 sq ft of open-concept living space, this home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is perfect for families or small groups looking for space, comfort, and scenery.

The main level features a bright, open-concept layout surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, with 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen island. A half bathroom is conveniently located between the kitchen and the master bedroom. The basement offers a second living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV for streaming, a foosball table, and additional comfortable seating including a sofa bed. Central heating is controlled by an Ecobee thermostat, with additional wall heating downstairs. Please note that the cabin does not have AC. Tankless hot water ensures consistent hot showers for everyone.

The kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring a 4-burner gas stove, Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided, air fryer, toaster, and fully stocked cookware and utensils. Whether you’re preparing a big mountain breakfast or grilling dinner outside, the kitchen has everything you need. The dining area is perfect for family meals or game nights, surrounded by the cabin’s beautiful scenery.

With a large driveway providing ample parking for cars, trucks, and larger vehicles, the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests while enjoying the mountain air.

We welcome pets! HOA regulations limit stays to a maximum of 2 pets per reservation.

You will have access to the entire cabin except for the kitchen pantry and garage.

Duck Creek Village is a small, quaint mountain town that offers quick access to Southern Utah`s best national parks. Although we are `in the mountains,` we are not `off the grid` and we do have neighbors nearby, so you can expect to see and hear others during the day. The cabin is very close to `The Village` where the gas station, hardware store, restaurants and pub are located. It`s a short drive or a nice walk to get there.

👥 Undeclared Guests: Guests must match the reservation. Undeclared guests will be charged 2x the applicable additional guest fee.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping inside the home. This includes all rooms and common areas.
🎉 No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
👥 The base rate includes up to 6 guests. An additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding that number.
🪑 Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
🗑️ Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bins provided.
🚽 Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
🔥 Guests are responsible of bringing their own lighters, lighter fluid, fire starters, or firewood if you`d like to use the fire pit and fire place.
❄️ Winter Travel: From December through March, we highly recommend 4WD and snow tires or chains due to snowy conditions and mountain roads.
