« It was clean and a great location. »

« We enjoyed our stay but given the premium rates we had expectations for better accommodation. Space size was as expected but the accoutrements are lacking. Cheapest grades of things like paper towels, not even a box of tissues, tiniest soap and even the shower offerings were empty. The bathrooms were not vacuumed (…hair, yuck!) the kitchen houseware needs updating — only three coffee mugs and the pots and pan were lacking and poor quality. Also the cable TV did not work in the bedrooms and was...

It’s magnificent.Excellent place »

« Frank was a fantastic host. The property was clean and essentially well stocked for a VRBO. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked, and the view was exactly what we were looking for. It was a pleasant stay. We didn't have any concerns with the property except the washer and dryer are a bit loud, but other than that our family of 5 enjoyed every day of our vacation. »

« We had an amazing stay and couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the week in the Keys! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. We especially loved relaxing outside and taking in the gorgeous views. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was wonderful, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking...

« We had a lovely stay and our communications with the host we timely, and very helpful. »

« Everything was excellent, from check in to check out. The Villa is nicely updated. Great view of the water. Nice "rainfall" shower. Comfortable living area. Chairs and tables on the deck and balcony. Easy communication with the host. No issues during our visit. As a few people have mentioned on other reviews, the decks and balconies of all these villas lack privacy as you can see and hear your neighbors. We were also able to rent kayaks from Grassy Key Marina and have them delivered and use...

« Salt & Ash was great - both the food and service. Breakfast service at The Cafe was inconsistent - outdoor eating area was not kept clean and servers were indifferent. Angler & Ale was ok. Gift shop was good. Unfortunately the Dolphin Connection has been discontinued but is still being advertised. Too much chair saving in the pool area made it impossible to find chairs in main pool area on the weekend. Fortunately we could availability in Oasis pool area with our 12 yr old daughter. Landscaping...
