« Great Location! The house was beautiful and clean We had a great time! »

« We loved everything about this stay. Location, access, communication, views… Definitely recommend »

« Great location, well equipped unit!Worked out perfectly »

« Frank was a fantastic host. The property was clean and essentially well stocked for a VRBO. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked, and the view was exactly what we were looking for. It was a pleasant stay. We didn't have any concerns with the property except the washer and dryer are a bit loud, but other than that our family of 5 enjoyed every day of our vacation. »

« The house itself was adequate. It could definitely be cleaner. It is on Vrbo as able to accommodate six guests. There are five coffee cups in the cupboards, and one teaspoon in the silverware drawer. I contacted the host because there were 5 washcloths and one hand towel in the entire house, he informed me it was a Vrbo, not a hotel. The towels need to be replaced very thin and worn looking. At night you can hear running water in one of the bedrooms even though no water is on. There is very...

« Property was great. Only problem was I made the reservation with a "boat slip" as an included part of the reservation. I received a call from the owner that the boat slip had been sold about a month before the reservation date. This would have cancelled the trip but luckily, I found a boat slip at Duck Key Marina available, which is very rare for lobster season. No real fault but all ended well. »

« Gated enclave with numerous nearby amenities. Property in showroom condition. Family oriented area. Would definitely visit again »

« Very nice house. Easy to communicate with host. Views just as pictured, great. Dock in front of house is too shallow for a boat but host can provide boat slip very within walking distance 30’ boat max. »
