Lovely stay in this beautiful and comfortable B&B. Owner was present for our welcome and very organized with set up and building entry and parking . Breakfast was very enjoyable and yummy . Would visit Dumfries and the B&B again in the future if given a chance for sure . Centrally located to downtown area with great dining options . Thanks

Our stay was wonderful. We were more than an hour late arriving, due to car trouble and we were welcomed in as if it was no problem. NICE people, wonderful, comfortable room, good shower. Didn't have breakfast due to sleeping late, but we highly recommend.

Cannot fault the service, room was very clean and comfortable, both room excellent. Breakfast was good value and appetising. Host Freda was polite and friendly.

The B&B was decorated to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean and everything you could ask for and more in this B&B. Breakfast was great with a good selection.

This is my second stay on business. Well kept and very clean. Great breakfast- tailored to dietary needs. Close to downtown. The mattress was a bit lumpy but the service and cleanliness are 5 star!

Very clean and free onsite parking
Lovely room and great checkin/ check out. Location is great for train travellers and close to the High Street. The only downside was the bed was a bit worn out and could use a new mattress- to go with the other fine details of the hotel :) Beautifully kept and very clean!

You want for nothing st this B&B.
An amazing place to stay, Freda is the super hoste. The furnishings are first class, never seen so many sockets and usb points in a room. Very handy for railway station too. Try it, bet you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely Place. Central to the town, just a few minutes walk. Very clean, we didn’t have breakfast but only because I don’t really eat it. Train station right across the road.

Would highly recommend The Huntingdon B&B Room was spotless and clean Only down side was unfortunately our breakfast was cancelled due to Host having to go for a COVID test Breakfast was included but no refund offered.

single night after driving around the region, they contacted us ahead about our choice of beds, allowed us the check in early. they had a covid issue with a family member so we had our breakfast in our room but it was well done with quality ingredients

A great location in the middle of Dumfries. The accommodation is first class. The owner and staff are friendly and welcoming. My first choice when visiting the Dumfries area.
