« We were attending a wedding in nearby Portsmouth, but wanted something a bit quieter. Boy, did we find the spot! Nice, quiet street, house on a nice size lot, with super easy access to all points. Beaches in York are literally less than a 5 min drive. Next time we stay, we’re hitting the beaches!! »

« The property, although not within easy walking distance of much, is located a very short drive from downtown Portsmouth and attractions. The house was nicely set up, had ample room to enjoy, and all of the house amenities needed. Would recommend! »

« This was our fourth year renting this property for our annual "girls weekend". We are a group of five, four of which are now retired. We look forward to this weekend all year and this year was no different. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still had the best time walking on the beach, playing board games, and catching up. Olivia is the sweetest, most responsive and accommodating host anyone could ask for. I just adore her. The house is exactly as described and Olivia responds...

« Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday but this would be great place to stay in the summer too! Several places to eat at the end of the street. »

« We absolutely loved the location of this Beachfront Bungalow! Our early morning walks on the beach were just lovely, and our evenings were filled with the sound of the ocean waves! This place had everything we needed to make our stay most comfortable. It was very clean, and the host was excellent at replying to our messages. »

« John did an amazing job with the house. EVERYTHING is brand new. The dishes, towels, bedding, appliances, were all high quality. The space was perfect. The bunkhouse, outdoor patio, outdoor furniture and fire pit were amazing. With easy access to the city of Portsmouth, Kittery Outlets, and York Harbor, it is a fantastic place for family or couples to enjoy the beauty of the NH and Maine coast. »
