« Very poor communication. We booked for 2 adult and 3 children a family room but only provided a only king size bed. I had to spend another 900 SAR to book another room. Only Breakfast service was good. »
"If you want to market your hotel as a 5 stars, make sure your key pads work, make sure you can have hot water in the shower, make sure your AC system is modernised so people can actually sleep with the AC on (very loud), make sure your coffee machines work.... I can go on but I think people will understand. You're simply not quite ready yet"
