« My overall experience was good, the place was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host. Even though the place is small, it had everything l needed. My only complaint was the loud neighbors and barking dog past midnight. I also noticed small cockroaches and other small bugs in the living room area/kitchen. »

« Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. »

« Overall the space was great. Very clean, open, and spacious. The outdoor seating area made a grat place to relax in the morning with breakfast. The kitchen had coplete cookware and utensils including ones specifically for the kids. Having a dishwasher and washer and dryer were great. Every detail seemed thought through. Very impressed with this space and Wilmington Vacation Homes! »

« Very easy to walk to riverfront food and shops! This condo has a very neat design, needs to clean couch it’s nasty. I thought when I read that there was a rooftop bar on floor 5 we stayed on floor 3 it would be so cool. Well all I will say is the DJ they had pulled a “very” different crowd than us. We left for dinner and came back and the line to get back into the building was around the corner!! Luckily the bouncer/doorman spotted us and pulled us through.. you have to share the same small...
