« The location was ideal for skiing at Mt. Sunapee, but unfortunately, several issues led to an overall disappointing stay. The biggest problem was the lack of running water in the morning, which left us unable to use the kitchen, bathroom, or even access drinking water — basic necessities that we expect when staying anywhere. « The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country.
