« We adored this little house! It was PERFECT for what we needed and was very well stocked! Comfortable, quiet and a great space! So close to the beach, with an awesome tree swing and back yard! « We were overall pleased with the house and the property. But my main concern was the hot tub was broken and it was dirty. And the hot tub and being on the beach was what we both were looking forward to. Next time someone stays there, you may want to check the maintenance on the hot tub and make sure it’s working properly and very clean to me that’s important »

« Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind. »

« I read a lot of reviews for this place before booking. It’s not an understatement that it does get a little noisy at night. But I wouldn’t say it kept me up. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s easy to get to and walk anywhere else on Folly. Nice and close to Charleston too, with a much more laid back vibe. »

« This house is as advertised, plenty of space and close to town. Everyone could easily walk to town or the beach at their own pace. The firepit was a great addition since the weather was a bit chilly. The two separate units were nice for privacy within our group. The only bummer was that you have to refill your own propane tank (ours was empty on arrival) and ask for a reimbursement. So, like the past guest, we didn't refill. Would definitely stay again. »
