« We loved it and would definitely stay there again! »

« Joe and Donna’s lake home is beautiful with all the amenities and comfort’s of home. This is now my “happy place”! I especially enjoyed being able to use the canoe and kayaks and have unlimited access to the pond. We saw beaver, Canadian Geese and even a loon during on our stay. Joe and Donna are very responsive and full of tips on hiking and sightseeing in this beautiful countryside. I can’t wait to book my next stay! »

« Very accurate listing and description..very clean, nice location. Owner was very communicative and responsive to needs. Location was convenient to Santa's village the Lancaster fair as well as visiting family. We highly recommend this property. »

« We had a great stay at the cabin while in VT for a family reunion. It was very clean and quite comfortable. We especially enjoyed the quiet times sitting in the screened porch listening to the water. »

« Le Trailside est un de plusieurs chalets à louer sur l'immense terrain. Il est bien situé près des pistes de vélo de montagne. Grand terrain avec beaucoup de place et la rivière tout près pour se rafraichir après le vélo. Pas le meilleur choix pour une famille avec adolescents, car c'est un loft, donc aire ouverte. Mais parfait pour un couple ou des amis. À noter que la rue devant est très passante. Cependant il y a plus d'avantages que d'inconvénients et les gestionnaires et/ ou propriétaires...

« Great cabin and location for our vacation. great spot for off road UTV, ATV riding, hiking, and golf which is what we did. The only thing that would have made this rental better would be a couple mini splits for A/C. »

« We’ve coming to this property for three years. It’s always been a fun experience. The property management has improved dramatically—I give it a 10/10. Not for the faint of heart. This tucked away cabin is surrounded by nature, with the night spookiness of creaking floors, pitch black outdoors. It’s almost impossible to sleep with the deep silence and nature sounds at night, including bears. It’s a good stay for a bigger family. »

« The cabin was exactly as advertised. The location was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing; a nice place to unwind. The town was a 5 minute drive from the cabin with a lot of restaurant options. However, if you wanted to stay in and cook, the kitchen has a great selection of equipment for you to use.Samantha is wonderful and very responsive. We knew she would have quickly gotten back to us if ran into any issues.We will stay here again. »

« This was a clean and cozy cabin less than a mile from the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail and a 6-minute drive from Joe’s Pond. We loved the wrap around porch and that it was dog-friendly. Sheila, who lives on the ground floor of the cabin, was very communicative and made sure everything was to our liking. Set just off VT-15 in a scenic village. Easy ride into Danville or Hardwick for groceries or restaurants. Great spot for day trips to St. Johnsbury and Dog Mountain, Willoughby Forest, and...
