« The property listing is incorrect. It is listed as 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, when it is actually only 2 of each. This was reported to the host days ago and is still incorrect on the website.I tried contacting the host multiple times days before our arrival with no response. He finally responded the day of our arrival. This caused a lot of added stress to not have our questions answered before arriving, which included a discrepancy on the location we were trying to resolve in advance.The address...

« Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer.It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms.
