Our hotel carpet was damp and needed a dehumidifier in the room as it smelled musky and there was food left in fridge from previous people that wasn’t cleaned out, but as soon as I notified the front desk they were most apologetic and came to clean it right away and was adamant to do something about a discount on the room. „We have stayed here several times in the past, and have been pleased with the rooms, amenities and location. Today, when we arrived we were shocked to see boxes of furniture literally all over the place, including the porte cochère (blocking access to the front doors). The front desk was unmanned, and when we called to alert them we were ready to check in, it took 15 minutes for someone to come down.
