« We were so looking forward to our stay at this home. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone?...

« Only thing we can say positive is that the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The minute we walked in we could tell the floor had not been cleaned. Holes in bathroom wall. Dirty floor in bathroom. Dirty/mildew on shower grout. Water marks all over the kitchen table. Unsafe stairs coming into the house.. irregular heights.Very drafty windows and thin cheap curtains on them. No extra blamkets. « The cleanliness was subpar. The bedding was dirty and stained. "Clean" cutting board had dried up food on it in the cabinet. Floors were filthy and in need of repair, they were literally coming up. Only half the outlets in each bedroom worked. Asked specifically if washer and dryer were in unit. We were told yes. To be specific, they are in the basement, you must go outside, exit the unit, and it is shared space. Not in actual unit. Sink clogged and plumbing subpar. Really do not feel it was...

« We enjoyed our stay here. It's across the parking lot from the casino which isn't a problem because it's a short walk or they have a bus to pick you up for free. The room was very clean amd the staff was very friendly. »

« The staff was really helpful and nice. The room was ok however the drain in the bathroom was not working and they only provided one towel for the room. The parking lot was really dirty and was full of sketchy people lurking around. I did not feel the most safe staying in this location. Will not be back. »
