„Do not stay at this property. We checked in and the room was unacceptable. At this price I didn’t expect a high-end room. However, there were dead bugs on the towels. The ceiling was falling down. The smell was so bad in the room. We left the door open for a half hour. We did not stay there and wanted our money back. They had no other rooms. The Clerk said we would have to talk to the manager. We tried to contact him several times and he’s never responded. Expedia cannot contact him either. We ...

„Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna“

„We stayed here for the pool but it was closed for maintenance most of the time we were there. The maintenance guy was very nice and made a big effort to fix the problem with the pool. Front desk staff was nonchalant and very unhelpful about the broken coffee maker but the cleaners tried to help us out. We had to go buy our own coffee maker though. Breakfast buffet was awesome, as were the catering staff.“
