The expansive wraparound deck with extensive water views is the heart of the home. Start the morning with coffee as the tide moves through the natural channel below, spend the afternoon watching coastal birds drift across the tidal estuary and return in the evening for cocktails and dinner beneath a wide Cape Cod sky. As the sun sets toward Cape Cod Bay, the deck becomes the perfect place to linger, stargaze, and even catch summer views of the Rock Harbor fireworks.

Coast Guard Beach, Nauset Light Beach, Cape Cod National Seashore trails, local restaurants, shops and ice cream are all just a short drive away.

Additional damage protection is required for this home. The preferred option is damage insurance providing $5,000 in coverage. Alternatively, a refundable $1,500 security deposit may be added to the reservation.
