« I book my hotels by whether they have a hot tub, as it’s very important to me. Upon arrival I asked how late the hot tub was open and I was informed it’s hot, but no bubbles. They had to order a part. We stayed 3 nights! I went to the hot tub and it wasn’t even bath water warm. Went to the front desk and she checked the broiler temperature and it wasn’t working either. On top of no hot tub for 3 days, the only ice machine in the building was also broken. I’m sorry but when I pay $570 for a 3...

« Do not show up early to check in or you will get a lecture. Pool was small but nice in the heat. We opted to get breakfast elsewhere so don't know if it was good. Room was clean and looked updated. shower door didn't close correctly. AC kept turning off so it took a long time to cool off. Near the airport so there was occasional airplane noise. If you need a cheap place to stay for a night or two, it works. I wouldn't want to stay there longer. »

« Room smelled like wet dog. Carpet was torn from one end to the other. Roach in tye shower. Neighborhood didn't feel safe. Will not stay here again. »

« Our room smelled wet. Breakfast was nonexistent. A jug of Sunny D with less than half a cup. No pancakes or waffles. Housekeeping only brought one washcloth for our second night. Beds are a bit on the thin side, can feel the under part of the bed. »

« The amenities were good. There's a good breakfast, big pool, great staff. The room was okay. Our shower curtain had a bunch of stains on it and the blankets had hairs all tangled up in them, but otherwise okay. The biggest issue was the fact that there was some baseball team staying there, teenagers, and they were super loud late at night and even had one laying in front of our door for quite a while, so made it difficult to get out of our room. « I don’t like to give poor reviews, but sorry to say this place was not at all what I expected. Our room was spacious but very dirty. Not realizing at first, but as our stay went on we discovered how filthy the carpet was. Our feet were very dirty. Our shoes stuck to the carpet and the tike floors. Owner was very nice but that didn’t make up for the unclean feeling we had while there. »

« A storm had passed thru during our stay and our room had a bad leak!! Staff didn't apologize, nothing! Just said "oh I'll make a note of that" »

« We stayed the night in a queen suite handicap accessible, the room was pleasant the staff is wonderful and the kitchen wasn't what I expected it was better than I expected, the motel could use an upgrade on carpets and exit doors. the area is not good but you are close to shopping and restaurants. And this motel could be the diamond in the rough. »
