Amazing Home/Location

Highly recommend! Amazing stay for families who enjoy skiing!!

Perfect house for 2 families (we had 4 adults and 4 kids) to enjoy skiing! This house was fully equipped with everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable and fun. The kitchen was well stocked with a great selection of cooking items, there were charging cables in the bedrooms, plenty of towels for the hottub, and more. Our kids enjoyed playing ping pong and games, while we all relaxed in the hottub after a full day of skiing nearby. You won’t be disappointed if you stay at this beautiful home.

The Best Ski House

Second time renting this property and it’s the best. 4 adults and 4 teenagers who use it for our base to ski Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. Great location and amenities.

Beautiful house, spectacular views, Sunflowers everywhere!

It was difficult to tear ourselves away from the gorgeous views of cattle grazing in the open field, tall mountains, and bright yellow sunflowers. We spent a lot of time just sitting outside enjoying our morning coffee and evening happy hours. But there was so much to do in the area, including hikes through the wildflowers at Snow Basin and Powder Mountain, and day trips to Park City and Salt Lake City and Antelope Island. The house was extremely clean and well designed so that all 5 of us (myself, my husband, my two college age children and my son's girlfriend) had more than enough space. The property is well maintained and stocked with bath towels, pool towels, paper products and anything you could need. The management company is quick to respond to inquiries and does a tremendous job! If you are in the area, this is the place to stay!

Perfect Stay

We had a perfect week at the house. It was one of the best appointed places I've stayed. The kitchen was well furnished, bedrooms have lots of privacy.. We skied all seven days and got great use of the hot tub and the boot dryer. It snowed multiple days and the driveway was quickly plowed. Would definitely stay again.

An outstanding property

The hosts furnished an immaculate property; the quality of the organization was evident, right down to the labels on the shelves! The house itself is spanking new and very spacious. It’s view is breathtaking. In short, the best property I have rented by a long way, and I have rented many over the years. So impressed!

This Place is Spectacular

This was a fantastic place! You're immediately greeted as you walk in the front door by a straight on view of Pineview reservoir, with majestic Snowbasin rising in the background. We were there for the fall colors and to take advantage of hiking and mountain biking. The location is perfectly situated at the base of powder mountain with Snowbasin on the other side of the valley, and did I mention the views!? The home was super clean with lots of space to spread out. There are three large gathering spaces, two with fireplaces, and a terrific game room set up with a pool table and ping pong table. The ping pong table got a lot of use by our group. The kitchen was well stocked, the master bedroom was situated to take in that great view of Pineview reservoir with Snowbasin in the background that greeted us when we walked in. Combined with its own 5 piece masterbath ensuite, the master bedroom offered a private spa like experience separate from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the house when you want a little "me" time. We will definitely be back!

The Vally of Eden

This is truly one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot! The views will leave you speechless from the moment you walk through the front door. Absolutely spotless home with plenty of space for our group of 9 to be together or spread out. Breathtaking views of the valley and Pineview Reservoir along with cattle, deer and other wildlife right off the back deck. We loved the night sky with no obstructions. So many thoughtful touches throughout the house; well stocked supplies including soaps, pantry items, extra towels and blankets/throws to snuggle with. The community infinity edge pool was fabulous and most days we had it to ourselves. High end finishes and a true gem! A+

Perfect family getaway

We spent 5 nights here with family members of ages ranging from 1-58. Everyone had a great time here. They had every amenity that we needed. The property is very tastefully decorated and the deck has a beautiful view. The owners and manager were so nice and helpful during our stay.

Everything exceeded expectations

Our family of 7 visited for a snowboard trip and even driving away from this house couldn’t stop talking about how incredible it was. No detail was spared from the ceiling heights and tons of space, to artwork and high quality linens, then of course amenities (hello boot warmer, heated floors, and theatre room with games). It’s also on the end so there’s so much space for kids to play in the snow. We also saw tons of deer almost every day walk by while we were on the porch or in the hot tub. We can’t say enough about this place and would easily book again.

Splendid Getaway

We booked last minute on a rainy weekend, and were lucky enough to snag this place. Clean, modern, and well decorated, we enjoyed the outdoor patio, the private hot tube, or even just taking in the view while cooking in the kitchen. The kids spent a bunch of time TV room, and allowed Mom and Dad to enjoy tho bottle the owners were kind enough to leave us. My only gripe would be that one of the puzzle pieces was missing from the Arches puzzle, but honestly, I was probably the one that lost it . . . . it was a brand new puzzle still in the package. Seriously, this place was just awesome, and the interaction with the hosts couldn't have been better. From games for the kids to towels for the hot tub, the place offers all you would need, and I highly recommend this gem to all.
