„Overall nice place to stay close to the cruise port, unit is not fancy whatsoever, but it has what you need for a short stay, beds were comfortable. Location is quiet, aka not much around to see or get food. We just ordered uber eat without issue. Lots of lovely paintings around the house, maybe owner is an artist, we enjoyed looking at the arts. “

„This was FANTASTIC!!!! I can understand the other positive reviews now. Its not just being nice or hype. Some of us took the very short walk across South Atlantic Ave to the beach access walkway... I took the bike that was in the garage... and we drove our mobility challenged grandmother in the truck. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the homey feel of the house. The other renter out back was very nice and friendly. Its on our list for repeat.“

„Beach was a short walk across the street. You could see the Ocean from the upstairs windows. Beds were comfortable. The downstairs water pressure was not good but the two showers upstairs were good. Felt like the online description was accurate. We had 9 people from ages 14 to 86 and they all had a great time.“

„Had 1 small issue, reached out to prop manager and she ran right over to rectify the situation immediately. This property and the owners were very good, comfortable and relaxing. With the small cleaning fee we had to do a few things before we left but I was. Completely ok with it and would rather not pay a big cleaning fee. I will stay at this property again. “

Just a quick walk and you don’t have to worry about parking.Easy walk to the beach.The house was cute with a great yard for pets. „We make this trip together every year and this property is beautiful, from cleanliness to amenities they have you covered. The location is right on the beach for morning or late night walks, absolutely breathtaking. As soon as I get the dates for next year I will be looking for this again, praying the weather this year treats Daytona good! „We had a good stay here. There was a plumbing emergency on the day of check-in, but the host was very accommodating and upgraded us to a property nearby without charging. Upgraded property had an electronic lock with dead batteries, within a half an hour someone was on site to assist us with this. Did not have any other complaints or issues the rest of the stay. Would recommend.“

A few things to take note of are the elevators are very slow and there is no ramp access to the beach currently. "Wir hatten ein Appartement mit seitlichen Meerblick und 2 Schlafzimmer. Es war sehr groß. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten,.wie lnaezende Türen waren wir rund um zufrieden. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür und der Pool schon groß. Leider gab es für den gesamten Poolbereich nur 3 Sonnenschirmen. Da bis Nachmittags aber die Sonne komplett auf den Poolbereich scheint, war oes etwas ungünstig. "
