First off I was given zero information on arrival details. Ended up having to call the host to let us in when we got there which was a whole ordeal. The unit was not set up nor ready for use. The location was very run-down and unsettling to say the least. Don’t let those interior pictures fool you. However at this point it was gonna have to make do we were only supposed to be there for a few days. We returned to the unit later that same night to find cockroaches crawling on the walls and in the bedroom. We left shortly after and had to pay for a last minute hotel. I had notified the landlord and received an apology and a supposed refund plus extra for compensation. Then they had the audacity to charge us a cleaning fee! I didn’t even get the full amount refunded either. I’ve been ignored upon trying to contact them further. Unfortunately one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and will probably just stick to hotels from here on out.
