I would like to start out by saying that the staff at this property were incredibly kind. When i first checked in, I noticed my bathroom was dirty and in rough shape. The rest of the room was clean so it was fine. I thought my bed was broken, so I called. The wonderful front desk lady came and fixed it, because it was a sleep number bed and just not set well. As I was getting ready for bed, I heard a dripping noise. My bathroom ceiling was dripping quite hard. They sent maintenance up right away. He checked the leak, then brought me keys to a new room immediately. I was happy with how quickly it was handled! When I got to my new room, I was quite shocked to see I was not given an upgraded room considering how big of a deal a leaking ceiling is and how kind the staff were. Again, not a big deal. As i was settling in my room, I noticed something from across the room on the wall. I thought it was a spider. Well. It was a BOOGER. With someone's nose hair still on it. Had this been the first event, I would have just cleaned it up. But I was just annoyed at this point. I called down again, they apologized, and sent someone up immediately. They were very kind. But, when a booger so big to see from across the room is missed, it really makes you question the cleanliness of the room. I asked for a discount upon check out, and was told they couldn't because i paid on expedia. They offered me a beverage or snack instead. Disappointing
