Because this is a private residential home, guests are asked to treat the property with the same care and respect they would give their own home.

The janitorial/cleaning room is strictly off limits to guests. This area is reserved for property management and authorized personnel and contains cleaning supplies, tools, and maintenance equipment.

The property also has a Property Contents & Inventory Excel List identifying the household furnishings and contents provided with the home. Guests are expected to take reasonable care of all property and contents during their stay.
