« Sprinklers and smoke alarm went off at 1 a.m. causing two floors to be evacuated, After a 45 minute wait we were allowed back in our room. Needless to say, ruined our stay. »

« The rooms were new and fresh and clean and staff top notch. Beds comfy. Parking plentiful. Loved the welcome with cookies to welcome Michigan State University grads and families. All around great! And saved us when we had to cancel our three rooms for family at the Red Roof Inn in Lansing - dirty, cigarette smokers running desk, trailer of cats in the pothole parking lot, place in complete disrepair. Crowne Plaza IHG saved us and then some. Also had a great - but a tad pricey - buffet...

« Quite an unsafe property. Had to check out a night earlier because of unsafe conditions. No amenities were provided. No WiFi, no room service and bugs in the room. »

« Very old and rundown hotel. Lots of stains on the floor and furniture. Beds were very old and worn out. Sheets and bedding seemed clean and bathrooms have been updated. Breakfast was okay with eggs sausage and waffles. Pool was cold and small. Not your typical Country Inn. They are updating the property but we would not recommend staying here until it is all updated. »

« The hotel is undergoing renovations and I think a change of ownership. The sign still says it’s a Clarion but it’s advertised as Lansing Delta West. The room was a bit shabby but clean, comfortable and spacious. I could hear guests on both sides through the walls and they were not being overly noisy. The grounds, sidewalks and common areas are currently in poor condition which I assume will be taken care of as renovations continue. There is a large indoor pool and patio area that looks like it...

« Très bien situé assez proche de l'aéroport à quelques minutes à pied d'un arrêt de bus qui va directement au centre ville. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité .A l'allure d'un motel avec ses coursives intérieures mais avec la sécurité d'un hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambres spacieuses bien équipées. Personnel aimable et très serviable. Merci encore pour le trajet jusqu'à l'aéroport ! »

« This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, even for just one night. The rooms were in terrible condition, with very poor lighting, and the bathroom drainage did not work. The entire room was extremely dirty and clearly not maintained properly. The front desk service was also very disappointing and unprofessional. What made the experience even worse was their handling of the security deposit, which felt dishonest and misleading. They would not respond properly to customer service calls...
