« Hôtel bien situé à proximité de Royal Albert Dock. Très bon accueil, chambre fonctionnelle et propre, adaptée pour des courts séjours. Petit-déjeuner correct, salé et sucré sous forme de buffet. Prestation à hauteur d'un hôtel 2 étoiles à Liverpool. »

« Room and bathroom were very clean. The only difficulty was communication on how to get into the building which required a code. »

« The wrong room has been given to us : we paid for an en suite room but the one given didn't have a bathroom. When we arrived, we had to wait 15 min for the manager to come to check in. At our check out, we were rudely woke up by someone from the hotel who threatened us to leave, otherwise we'll be charged.. »

« Hôtel un peu vieillot en travaux avec le chauffage en panne mais bien situé près d’un parc. Pas de restaurants mais restaurants à 5 minutes à pied »

« Bon personnel très accueillant et aidant , Maison vétuste qui pourra avoir beaucoup de charme si elle étais entretenue et deux ou trois travaux Bien choisir le lit car certains draps sales ( mais matelas très agréable je me suis endormi vite alors que c’est pas forcément le cas dans d’autres auberges que j’ai faite) en regardant si j’avais rien oublier vue un sachet au rat ouvert sous le lit , Les sol et toilette et douche pas propres Bonus pour le chien adorable »

« Beautiful building and gorgeous bedrooms very well decorated. Very comfortable bed. Two minutes from a very well known old fashion pub called Peter Kavanagh. 20 mn by walk from the center of town. »

« This house felt like a real home, was so well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed provided for us, and there was even a bottle of milk in the fridge waiting for us. The beds are really comfortable, as are the sofas, and the bathroom and kitchen are fab! We’re definitely coming back! »

« Excellente situation mais bruyant la nuit (proche de concert square donc selon l’orientation de votre chambre ça peut être un sujet) Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Très propre et correctement équipé. À Savoir pas de petit déjeuner sur place mais une kitchenette dans la chambre qui s’avère pratique. »
