Hôtel près de Église St Michael-in-the-Hamlet, Liverpool, Liverpool

« The host was friendly and helpful. We received our check in codes in advance so were able to check in without waiting around when we arrived. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a great location and had a supermarket at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. « The wrong room has been given to us : we paid for an en suite room but the one given didn't have a bathroom. When we arrived, we had to wait 15 min for the manager to come to check in. At our check out, we were rudely woke up by someone from the hotel who threatened us to leave, otherwise we'll be charged.. »

« Great find. Highly recommend »

« Beautiful building and gorgeous bedrooms very well decorated. Very comfortable bed. Two minutes from a very well known old fashion pub called Peter Kavanagh. 20 mn by walk from the center of town. »

« Our stay was nice. Check in was easy. Kitchenware was enough. Connection with the manager was easy. Salma was very helpful. Thanks. »

« Hôtel fantastique ! Bien situé, très bon rapport qualité prix, on reviendra !! »

« This house felt like a real home, was so well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed provided for us, and there was even a bottle of milk in the fridge waiting for us. The beds are really comfortable, as are the sofas, and the bathroom and kitchen are fab! We’re definitely coming back! »
