The apartment is not well built or maintained. Upon arrival: we found that the AC was not on nor were the electric breakers for them turned on, the pool was cloudy and green and the filter system was not functioning as well as little things like dirty plastic cup under a bed and a chewing gum on a wall. 40% of the floor tiles of rock or are broken. Grouting often comes out from between them. (The bathroom floors were actually fine and well done.) when first arriving, the person who came to care for the pool and AC issues was aggressively obnoxious and told us we didn’t know anything. I kept getting lovely messages from the managers and yet, we had to figure out how to get the AC to work for the situation and 4 days (of 6 of our stay)to get the pool to be fixed and usable. I did feel like that was a huge personal success when it was fixed and we could use it - and hopefully the next group can really enjoy it! Let that sink in. Very stressful when you have 5 kids waiting to use it! The AC is not adequate HP for the summer days. The grill is a cheap charcoal one. The cold water from the tap practically didn’t exist (also part of the building not being built well). We were not given dishwasher soap until the last day. No cleaning supplies. One sad broom and no floor rags. We also had an issue with the parking spots. A car was long termed parked in one of our spaces. We had to find parking every day for our second car. (Group of 10 people).
