Unpleasant Stay

My experience was not good, I asked for the drape at my room window to be changed or cleaned and I was told it can't be done, no effort was made to do anything about my complaint of a dirty smelly drapery. Also removed a out of service night light from my bathroom to be replaced and it was never done. During my stay I had to kill a few insects in my room first was one I saw on my pillow one night don't know if it was a bed bug or not, two spiders and three other sorts of insects crawling around on the floor and bathroom counter. If I'm paying to stay somewhere at least I need management to try to correct my concerns but not just brush me off that's why I didn't extend my stay like I had planned to. I wouldn't recommend this place to any friend or family of mine.

Don't stay here.

The T V worked! Other than that, the mattress was uncomfortable, the breakfast was inedible, the wifi did not work and the place seemed to be populated by monthly residents.

It was ok. Nothing great.

I've stayed at better places in the area. Bathroom was kinda dirty. The room needs to be upgraded. Only thing I like about this place would be the location. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. There's a place across the street that's really good. It's called burgers and beer. If you stay here you gotta try it out.

Great for the working man / sportsman

I was dove hunting & had my dog with me , which they have always welcomed . The motel is not fancy but perfect for anyone hunting or in town for work . The service is good & the staff very friendly & helpful.

Room was from the 80's

The furniture was old. We saw several bugs. There were 3 shower curtain rings gone and curtain was dirty. We paid for suite and didn't get it the lady was nice that worked there.

Hotel is quiet and nice

Breakfast was better than expected for continental. Air conditioners are new and toilets are new. Staff was friendly. Overall a good experience but maybe not in the $70+ range.

Room was clean, lots of space, staff was courteous, all in all great room for the price. Will stay there again in the future.

Lacking what is promised.

No Internet in my room the router was busted. Room still smelled of paint. Did not have hot tub as said by description or private balcony these terms are deceiving. Dog friendly yet I got called 3 times about my dogs making noise or "escaping/being agressive". I never called to complain about other peoples kids screaming or people smoking weed or cholos cruising through on their bikes.

No hot water, Filthy carpeting.

Hot water in t water for ahe mornings is non-existent and hotel denies knowing about it. In the evenings the exact opposite is true there is no cold water. The carpeting in the room was among the filthiest I have seen. Walking barefoot in room leaves ones feet black just walking from the bed to the bathroom.

Get what you pay for...

Room was okay..tile floors that had not been washed. Bed was a double and noisy...not great for two people.. Probably will not stay here again.

Great hotel for a great price!

Great room for a great price. The only problem was the shower didn't drain easily. Otherwise, everything was clean and everyone was very friendly.

Dirty and Unacceptable

My husband actually walked into room and walked out and spent two hours looking for a hotel to stay. It was too filthy to consider sleeping in. He didn't even care if he lost the two nights deposit or had to sleep in his car!

Will not be coming back.

I booked this room at the last minute without looking any reviews on this this hotel. It seems they cater to primarily construction crews splitting rooms and leaving before 5 am. If you're looking for a very cheap room and no real amenities then this is the place for you. If you can afford it, note that there are limited choices in El Centro for the better hotels so be sure to book any future rooms well in advance. I will.
