Sublime stay
The property is ideally located between Taos and Taos Ski Valley and away from the traffic and busyness of both. All the comforts of home are available and the host is easy to work with. Great rental property for families!

Family ski trip
This property did not disappoint. It was spacious and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. It was within a 30 minute drive to Taos Ski Valley. The back yard was absolutely lovely. The views were amazing. We ate breakfast at the table outside and enjoyed coffee from the overlook. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. The property manger was very easy to reach. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay here again.

Great for a ski trip
This home is conveniently located between TSV and town. Wendy made it very easy to communicate check in. The fridge wasn’t working and she was able to get it fixed promptly. Sunsets from the hot tub were beautiful!

Great Views & Spacious
Stayed here for a ski trip in early Feb. The snow was great and this house was a great spot for easy access to the mountain as well as Arroyo Seco and Taos. House was clean and spacious with a great outdoor area that would be nice in the summer.

Great open concept house with beautiful views of the mountains! Lovely woodwork and beams in the living area! Nice artwork! Master bedroom mattress needs an upgrade. Would have appreciated a full propane tank to grill. Otherwise, really great house in the Taos area!

Perfect Spring Break with Family
The property was exactly as listed. The home was perfect for our group of 6. My sister, our husband's and our 13 year old boys. Everyone had more than enough room to be together and separate for a week. The backyard was very nice and unless you were standing on the small deck with the blue chairs you didn't even know there was a road behind the home. We really enjoyed the deck, looking out at the mountains. The hot tub was very nice after a day of skiing. My search for the perfect Toas home away from home is complete.

Relaxing stay with easy access to all of Taos.

Beautiful and quite
Beautiful house. The property is very nice with great views. The inside is a nice southwest build with high, red cedar-ceilings and heated tile floor. You’re about 20-30min from the parking lot of Taos ski valley but the drive is easy and minimal traffic.

Super comfy
We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect, 10 minutes from downtown Taos and 25 minutes from Taos ski valley. We brought our dogs and the nice fenced in yard kept them safe. We all enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The floor heating kept the house at a consistent comfortable temperature. Compared to other houses we stayed at through VRBO this house was very well stocked. Enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, spices, coffee you name it. Wendy made us feel welcome by turning the lights on before we got there so we didn’t arrive in a dark house. All together we were all very impressed and I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Excellent Home with Incredible Views
Wonderful comfortable home. The views were incredible during the day and at night the sky was full of stars. Well stocked kitchen and nice appliances. Beds were comfortable and shower worked great. We were 20 min from Taos Ski Valley and 15 minutes from Taos. Hot tub was great after skiing all day. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation home.

Wonderful Mountain views casa!!
We came to New Mexico for the Balloon Fiesta and decided to stay in Taos. The drive was so beautiful and the house was perfect, just like the pictures. The hot tub and yard maintenance was awesome. Wendy was so wonderful at communicating, she was on top of everything (we came in late and she had lights on and responded to our late txt right away) The town is very cute and had a lot of restaurants to choose from. It was a great vacation!

Amazing Home!

Unforgettable retreat - didn't want to leave!
We booked the property for a month while we teleworked and homeschooled. With kids, grandparents, and dogs, we were all very comfortable! The hot tub was delightful for stargazing at night, and the mountain view was breathtaking throughout the day. We used the property as a base camp as we visited national parks and hiked the mountains around the Northeastern part of the state. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to Taos, where we had easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. We were not successful in using the indoor chimneys, but we did enjoy the outdoor firepit. Would suggest upgrading the pillows, but otherwise we had a well-appointed kitchen and convenient laundry. There are a few board games, DVDs, and books for leisure reading onsite, although we were generally so busy we didn't have much need of them. The WiFi was good enough for streaming and teleconferencing. The property manager, Wendy, was so friendly and helpful, we felt very much at home during our stay.

We were canceled the day we were supposed to arrive. Wendy the host never communicated with us. Never offered explanation or apology. Just sent a message we were canceled and refunded. She should definitely not be considered a premier host

Amazing mountain geteway
All of the amenities in the property met or exceeded expectations. Check in process was easy, and owner was communicative. Would definitely return here to ski in the Taos valley, as this was convenient short trip to town or to the mountain. Fully gated yard was great for dogs. Hot tub worked great, and was conveniently located close to the back door.

Great stay but the little things....
This is truly a fantastic property in a very convenient location with beautiful scenery. Just a couple of things though. Never received check in instructions and had to wait for property mgr to call back while we waited outside. There was very little firewood(not really enough to light a fire), but the mgr did have a truck load show up the following day which was nice. The house instructions for fires say the flue is always open so just light the fire which we did, but the house did get smoky inside so we didn't burn anymore thinking perhaps the chimney's are in need of cleaning? On the first of a 3 night stay, we all decided to watch a movie. For the life of all 4 of us who have AV equipment in our own homes, we could not get sound to work on the television. I messaged the mgr via the app and never heard back. The only message i received back was the morning of checkout to be sure we would be out by 10 or sooner so the cleaning crew could get in. Although it was nice to see snow on the ground in Taos, we were disappointed that snow at both the front and rear entries were snow/ice packed making the tracks in and out a bit of a bummer. I shouldn't have to chip the ice away(which i did) at the rear entry for safety while on a mini vacation. Again...this is a beautiful property and we truly enjoyed ourselves but for the price paid, we expected a more turn key experience for these minor details. All that said, i would still come back here again but may consider being a bit more direct with the property manager next time.

Beautiful home and location
We stayed for a month and loved the house and property and the proximity to Taos and great hiking. Unfortunately, most of the museums and galleries were closed due to Covid-19 during our stay, but we enjoyed the outdoors adventures and outside dining at many of the delicious restaurants found nearby. The house layout was perfect for my husband and I and our young adult son and friends who stopped by to visit. We especially enjoyed the evenings on the back patio.

Stayed here with our family to get a break from the summer heat and enjoy some hiking in the mountains. The house is comfortable and filled with colorful art. We really enjoyed the views of the mountains from inside the house and from the beautifully landscaped back yard. One of the best VRBOs we've rented. Would definitely stay again.

Monumental Momentios!
Spacious house that has an awesome backyard with stunning mountain views! We enjoyed so many wonderful days & nights just hanging out there. We also did so many activities - hiking, mtn biking, white water rafting & shopping in downtown Taos. A memorable week at Momentios!

Great house with convenient location.
We have a great 5 days at El Prado during the last week of March. With only a 20 minute drive to the Ski Valley, the kids spent a lot of time on the slopes while parents were able to hike great trails in the backcountry. The closing of Taos Cow in Arroyo Seco is a bummer, but 15 minutes the into Taos proper and you can find great restaurants. The house itself is clean, well lit and very open. Great place.

The home is such a delight to vacation in.
When you open the front doors you can see all the way through to the great back yard. The home is very comfortable and was super clean. It is quiet and you feel protected and private with the fencing. My little dog loved running around the yard. My favorite place was sitting in those beautiful and comfortable blue chairs and gazing at the mountains, the hot tub was great too

Amazing home, great location, heated floors!
This was the perfect house for our small group of skiers to rent. The heated floors made it comfortable to walk around and wake up early to hit the good snow on the mountain. Wendy takes great care of the place. The hot tub was also excellent after long days on the mountain. We had about a 20 minute drive to Taos ski valley and a short drive to some great restaurants. "The Burger Stand" was a favorite for sure. Our German Shepherd was happy to run around in the fenced in back yard. The fence still leaves you a breathtaking view of the mountains or the Stars from the back yard. If you are looking for more technology then you would enjoy the smart flat screen TV with surround sound. All told everyone in the group was extremely pleased with this house, location and service.

Beautiful mountain home
This lovely mountain home really does have it all. It is a 3 bedroom home with specular views of the mountains. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out (which was especially nice after 4 nights in hotel rooms!) The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, even some basic condiments. :) We enjoyed using the hot tub after a long hike. The backyard is a beautiful desert landscape with the mountains in the background. This was our 1st time to NM and the Taos ski valley area-looking forward to returning someday. Wendy, the property manager, was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great place to stay with beautiful view of the mountains
The house was exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay with family. House was very comfortable for the six of us. The location was perfect as it was between the ski valley and town. We hiked during the day and went to Taos for dinner at night. Then, we enjoyed the hot tub and gazing at the stars.

Momentitos is the most comfortable place we have stayed in many years of visiting Taos
Beautiful house, very comfortably appointed, with bedroom and bath suites coming off a very large central wing with living room kitchen and dining area. Wonderful location between Taos and TSV, just perfect for a ski vacation. It was so nice to be able to walk into a spacious house after skiing, put our gear down, walk across the heated floors, and jump in the hot tub!

What could be better!
Great House, Great Location! Momentitos, was the perfect getaway for our family of six. Close to all the action of Taos, but not all the Taos traffic. Even in October there is a line to get in and out of downtown. The house was beautifully outfitted with everything needed, all was of good quality as well. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious. The outdoor spa was perfect for soothing tired hiking muscles while stargazing. The Gorge is a short ride one way, the ski valley a short ride the other way. If you want to ride horses, the Taos Indian Horse Ranch is practically across the street! Thanks Wendy for being easy to work with!

Fantastic!
Some friends and I had a great stay while we were visiting Taos for a ski trip. The place has an ideal location for access to TSV. The kitchen was big and the rooms are comfortable and warm. There's also a hot tub with excellent views of the mountains and night sky.
