« The property was very clean, quite and convient. Our only real issue and this does not relate to the property was poor Verizon mobile phone service in either Iowa Falls or Alden. However, the Wi-fi in the VRBO made everything OK. We would stay again. Alden was a nice quite, clean town. We enjoyed walking the river area. We would or will stay in the future. Host was very responsive. Parking was good. »

« This is really our only option for this area and we have stayed here many, many times. As time has passed it has become more and more run down. It is being painted on the inside now but the exterior is really run down. It needs a super refresh. The people running the hotel seem to be doing what they can but it is really lacking and gets rougher every year. Needs new room furniture, carpet, etc. The window shades seemed new and good.
