Hôtel près de Elizabethton-Carter County Public Library, Elizabethton, Elizabethton

« This was the perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping and the covered bridge. The room was big and comfortable and it felt more like an apartment rather than a "hotel" room. Check-in was so easy as was the access to our room and parking. We will absolutely be back again in the spring to visit our daughter at Milligan University. »

« The staff was very nice and the rooms comfortables. »

« Loved The Gracie Suite! We absolutely loved our stay at The Downtown Post in The Gracie Suite! From the moment we arrived, it felt comfortable, welcoming, and peaceful. The suite was beautifully done, very clean, and had so much charm and character. It was one of those places where you immediately feel at home. Everything was thoughtfully put together, and we really appreciated the little details that made our stay extra enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will...

« Il faut changer les tapis, tapis extrêmement sale. »

« Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! This was Sunday, November 1 and someone needs to update the...

« I was clean and nice place . But The only problem I have was in room you could hear the people walk above you. It sound like they were going come throw the ceiling. »

« We had a great stay. »

« Room 303. Air conditioning unit never got to temp and made clicking noise every time it cycled down. I informed the desk at check out. Housekeeping. Sub par. Trash emptied and towels somewhat replaced. Good thing that all three of us were not showering on last day because we only had two bath towels. Our glasses and coffee cups were not replaced. I straightened our beds but usually, housekeeping would do it to their standards. Hair in the shower upon check in. Right after check-in, it...

« The room was clean and comfortable . The breakfast was awesome »

« Le menu déjeuner est pratiquement inexistant, seulement des gaufres, du yogourt et du café pas très bon. Pas de rôties, de bagels ou de croissant donc c'est une grosse lacune. Pour le reste c'est conforme à ce qu'on s'attendre de la chaîne. »

« The staff is very helpful »
