« Beds are a bit stiff or firm. Everyone was very polite. I recommend a trash can nearby the waffle maker for the cups to be thrown away in after pouring it onto the waffle maker. Had a great cookie when first checked in but then no more were ever put out even the next morning. Concerns over people smoking pot right outside the main entrance so the smell carried into the inside lobby area and while you walk thru the doors. I suggest moving the smoking area away from the door entrance. »
« This was the best stay for the price I've had a Chicago Hotel. Sure a $600 a night room is nicer; in this price range though the cleanliness and friendliness + proximity can't be beat. Well done. »
« So yes itâs noisy, itâs in Chicago and close to the center thatâs the trade. Itâs was very clean and safe, the parking is under watch and with only 15 minutes of walk to the very center of Chicago itâs the perfect place to stay for a trip there. There is no breakfast in the motel itself but enough diner around to get it. »
