„Sam is super friendly.“

„für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise i.O. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.“

„The front desk attendant was excellent and most helpful. My TV wouldn't work. She sent up a man who knew exactly what he was doing. He was great. However the TV had not been set up, the software had to be installed/reinstalled then he had to come back to reset the remote. Although he worked non stop it took nearly an hour to get it to work and even then it was wonkey and I and to twist and aim and contort my arm and shoulder to connect to where the remote communicated with the tv. The all took ...

„Very nice experience.“

„Sehr nett und recht zentral wenn man die Sehenswürdigkeiten sehen möchte.“

„Our room had a broken window that was boarded up. There was dust and trash under the beds. The bathroom door would not close and the bathtub had burn marks (from cigarettes) although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room! The owner was extremely nice. I managed to misplace the room key and was only charged $5. It is a motel that several people call home. Not sure why we were given what had to be the worst room in the place?!“

„We stayed for a night. A clean room with a bed was all that we need. It's right off I-55, clean, and peaceful. It has plenty of parking. They could have done a better job with Breakfast. Not many options for breakfast.“

„Hotel gemütlich mit viel Holzverkleidung. Hotelzimmer bißchen verwohnt. Bett komfortabel, Matratze hervorragend. Bad ohne eigene Heizung. Frühstück einfach (Continental breakfast). Insgesamt etwas zu teuer.“

„Zimmer war ok. Speziell war der Apero. “

„Stayed 10–11 August. Upon arrival, we were given the wrong room (one bed instead of the two queen beds booked). This was corrected after complaint. Later that evening, we returned to find dirt in the sink and the sink completely blocked. No maintenance at night – we were handed a plunger and told to fix it ourselves, which didn’t work. No other rooms were available. We were promised that our rate might be adjusted and that the assistant manager would call us the day after check-out. That call ...

„The Inn is from inside and outside very pretty and full of history. My room was huge and the whirpool tub was great. It was very clean and every evening some of the stuff brought me two warm chocolate chip cookies with a notice about the weather forecast - that's what I call a great service! The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is delicious.“

„Tolles Hotel an perfekter Lage! Jederzeit gerne wieder.“

„Customer service on arrival was outstanding and questions about places to visit , was knowledgeable“

„Clean and comfortable for the most part. Housekeeping for stay over was a bit lacking. Our room card was mistakenly deactivated one day earlier than our check out. Was easily resolved, but aggravating.“

„I could not believe this was a HILTON. I never stayed at a Hilton like this. The man at the front desk was very unfriendly when we checked in. When we checked our room out, we decided we could not sleep there comfortably. We went back to the front desk and no one was there. We waited for some time. I called the manager's phone number from the card at the front desk. There was no answer. A worker came by looking for the front desk person and then got someone to help us. The suite was not ...
