« Very nice and spacious place, fantastic location, and The owner was very responsive. There are lots of steps to get to the unit, and no elevator. I’m sure this is disclosed on the listing, but I didn’t read the fine print. I don’t mind extra steps, but it made unloading coolers, suitcases, etc a little challenging and one family member is recovering from a past injury and struggles with steps, but she handled it beautifully. « The location of the property is ideal, walking distance to everything. The bldg is clean except the indoor pool was closed and looked dirty. We were disappointed. It was too cold to swim outside. We had a very hard time connecting to the internet even with the person on the phone directing us. We called the CS phone number. She meant well, but she gave us the wrong information. I informed the host, but got no help from him/her. I dont know if we would stay here again. »
