« Location was good. We were not impressed with the hotel. Our bed linens had blood stains on them which was discussing. The chain lock on our door was broken so we only had the bolt to lock us in. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. The shower dispenser did not offer shower soap only shampoo & two conditioners. We could smell cigarette smoke throughout our stay coming from a near by smoker. Ok breakfast but not impressed with the condition of our room. »

« Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!! »

« Love this property. You know exactly what you get each time. Price has gone up and the property is aging badly. Too stay at such high rates it’s time to renovate. Leaking bathroom sink, peeling paint, torn and chipped carpet/vinyl and the same dirty breakfast area all need some attention. WiFi doesn’t remain connected during peak hours. »
