„We did a trip that had us stopping in Erie PA for two days then to Buffalo to see the falls for two days. We did a high end loft in Buffalo. After staying in 4 different places this was our most favorite. We had our German Shepherd with us and the big yard was perfect. If we had it to do over again we would go straight here. “

„This is a wonderful location, nicely decorated and spacious. The queen bed was a bit uncomfortable in the room with the bed/pull out couch; my husband didn’t really sleep at all, so that could be upgraded for sure, and shower room was a touch dirty. Otherwise, great location, easy check in and communication. “

„Nice little cabin. We stayed in Vail. Fully stocked and really clean. Right behind Holimont Lodge or short drive to Holiday Valley. No ski in/out access. Awesome to find a place that allows pets. We had a well behaved cat who liked looking out the various full size windows. Decent value, we will be back.“

„My husband and I stayed in Tiny Cabin 4 with our doodle. It served as our “base camp” while we skied and visited the local shops and restaurants in Ellicotville. Checkin was easy and the property was very well maintained. I would strongly recommend guests bring slippers or heavy socks as the floors in the winter are very cold. “
