Hôtel près de Elliot Park Skate Park, Rockford, Rockford

« Poor breakfast options. We had to go elsewhere and pay for a better breakfast. I would not have minded paying more for a good breakfast at the hotel. One day they forgot to clean our room, they say because we had a no disturb sign at the door, bit this was not true. »

« Our room wasn't finished the floor wasn't installed that ran from the vanity into the closet nothing but sub-floor and no base cove molding. My wife fell in the pool area the tile wasn't textured for traction just plain floor tile very slick when wet. »

« Negatives are minimal, definitely needs to be updated. Lots of noise, heard every person walking by. Breakfast was not bad. Could use another waffle maker as there was a line for those waiting. »

« Bon choix chambre spacieuse et accueillante »

« Staff were very helpful and friendly. She let us drop our bags early. »

« Tres belle chambre avec cuisine équipée Petit déj buffet et piscine »

« Not much for breakfast. Room was out dated. It was clean but lacked a lot of character . »

« The site is old but clean. The elevator takes forever. I just about froze to death at night though. The temperature dropped at night and I turned the a/c off before the sun went down but the heat would NOT come on in my room so I slept in a sweater and jacket. »

The floor outside the room was always wet from people leaving the pool area. my daughter and I could not sleep due to people being...

« It appears they have tried to update the room, but there are several things wrong. A couple outlets had missing or damaged cover plates, the microwave turned on and off with the wall switch, the sink area is not very well lit, the blankets on both beds had cigarette burns in them, and the towel rack in the bathroom was loose and felt like it was going to fall off the wall. All of that being said, the room was really clean, and had no bad smells. The employee at the front desk was friendly and...
