« Horrible. MASSIVE ADA violation as I had a seizure on the property, was robbed during my episode, and then removed from my room due to other guests being “uncomfortable” with my condition yet no emergency services were contacted whatsoever. The rooms are disgusting, the staff is rude, the stairs are in gross disrepair, there is no accessibility for disabled people, no amenities, no customer service. Avoid at all costs. The Super8 across the street would probably be better. »

« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »

« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

« My first time staying at Embassy Suites I hosted my 5 year old grandson and nephews and they all had the best time we built core memories for sure! From the coy fish and wish fountains, to the airport and unobstructed view. Spacious, clean and inviting staff. The complimentary breakfast was all that and then some. I can’t wait to book another family night! »

« Hôtel bien tenu, très propre, accueil agréable, chambre confortable avec des prestations de qualité, petit déjeuner complet avec des plats chauds cuisinés. Un seul regret, non seulement le parking est payant mais nous avons réglé 3 jours de stationnement pour 2 nuits. Il semble donc que l'on nous fasse payer le jour d'arrivée ainsi que celui du départ. »

« I was comfortable here, staff was very kind to me, only problem is there was stuff left from housekeeping in room drawers and also bathtub was dirty but they are remodeling so no worries this time. I also haven't received my deposit which I hope it comes today?!?! there is no reason to not get it. also a microwave would have been handy there's only refrigerators in the room. »

« We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service. We observed what appeared to be potential human trafficking, drug trafficking, and it was very unsafe and dangerous to be outside at...

« The kitchen did not have any cooking or eating items at all. There was a sign implying you could purchase some at the front desk. The "breakfast" was coffee, some oatmeal packets, two breakfast bars, and one tiny muffin. We were there during the beginning of "breakfast" hours and there wasn't even enough for us 3 to all have 1 tiny muffin. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain as if it was not even cleaned. I would not stay again »

« Bon accueil. Chambre très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Literie de très bonne qualité (la meilleure de nos 20 nuits de road trip). Connexion WIFI excellente. Bon petit-déjeuner. Seul petit défaut : climatisation un peu bruyante mas tout à fait supportable. »
