« Absolutely loved this little 2 bedroom. Everything was exactly as described and more. Everything from the little goodie tray with extra soaps, teas, waters, etc. to fans (if needed) stowed neatly away under the beds. If we forgot something I can guarantee it was there if we needed it. You'll find everything you need for the beach from coolers to umbrellas and inside everything from seasonings to laundry soap was provided. It was totally unexpected but a pleasant surprise, we had no idea there...

« Comfortable home with lots of space for my husband and I… and for our kids and grandkids who came for a weekend visit. Comfortable beds with nice bedding, several nice bathrooms, comfortable living room area and a great screened in porch. Great kitchen… clean with nice dishes, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, and utensils. Nice sunny dining area which doubled as our work space…. Easy and convenient laundry area….. so nice to have a garage! This home is just a short walk across the street...

« We were very disappointed to find our rental was filthy and poorly maintained. There was much debris on the floors including a contact lens, hair and dirt. The tub shower didn’t drain so when showering water level was ankle deep. Wads of hair washed up out of the drain as well. The bathroom sink did not drain being full of hair too. « Check in was very simple. The surrounding property, restaurant and pool area was wonderful. The unit itself, upon arrival it had a very musty, old smell. We opened the doors trying to air out. Furnishings are very tired and in need of some updating as well as the appliances. No internet , my husband was trying to work a little one morning and had to take his laptop to the pool area. « Our family had a great time at the Beach Shack. It’s a safe area, and we enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and local bars and restaurants. There is shopping nearby too. The kitchen is fully stocked and we used the gas grill twice. Rod and Heather were amazing hosts. « The unit was accommondating, spacious and clean. The host are friendly and quick to respond to concerns. The amenities are very good especially the dog park and neighbors were approachable and helpful. A dresser in the second bedroom would have been helpful. A very nice place to stay. »
