« My stay at Villa Karibu felt like home, the staffs are all amazing, the location is very convenient to lots of amenities. I am definitely going back next year. Brian, Josephine, and Emma are amazing, they love children, even now when our son shows the pictures and videos Brian and Josephine took, he smiles. I still communicate with Brian from time to time. My husband and I get to go out without worry, our baby is in a good hands. I will recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Kampala....

« Checked in at 3 pm and settled in. At night,there were mosquitoes everywhere . They moved to another room, again mosquitoes, then to a third room, also mosquitoes and dirty. Horrible experience . They said all rooms fully booked . Came back to original room at 1 am and managed to sleep a little . I want a compensation from expedia since l booked through you guys. »

« Terrible location, pictures were not what they seem on the app. No water was give, no soap was given, the bathroom was terrible, the shower got water everywhere, bugs crawling all over the place. The rooms were dirty. »

« A building site inside and out. In the block, in the room, constant noise, thud, thud, bang, bang from all angles throughout the day. Workmen and dust throughout the hallway. The road to the pool covered with debris and building material. Oh, and on arrival, a slow, silent check in process, until, ‘How are you paying for your stay?’ ‘We’ve already paid in advance’. Cockroaches were all killed within 48 hours by use of spray and traps from local Carrefour. »

« This home was very well equipped - gas stove, pots and pans, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, hot water heater. Some kinks to work out such as guard dogs out at night so we couldn’t venture out of the house after a certain time and locked gate so we couldn’t leave unless we called the housekeeper. Housekeeper was available by phone/WhatsApp very consistently so there were no problems. We thoroughly enjoyed a family get away with easy day trips into entebbe to swim and do an airport drop off....

« Excellent service, but it is outside of Entebbe, and the internet is very poor. The host is amiable and goes over and beyond to make his customer comfortable. The problem is you can spend a long time getting there, and a taxi asks 90 dollars to drop you off. Beautiful place overall »
