“Knus” means cozy or hugging in Danish, and that is exactly the feeling you will experience here right away. This atmospheric and stylish chalet, designed with an eye for detail and comfort, is the ultimate place to unwind together, explore nature, or focus on work during a peaceful workcation.

We are Jorien and Mariël, and we would love to welcome you to this wonderful chalet on the Veluwe. Whether you are traveling solo, with your partner, family, friends, or dog – you will feel right at home here.

The Space
The chalet features a modern yet warm interior with a subtle sense of design. The graphite-colored kitchen offers a luxurious look and is fully equipped with built-in appliances, a Nespresso machine, a milk frother, and a kettle. A complete set of kitchen inventory is available, including children's tableware. The living room has a warm wood-look floor and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a TV, and a cozy dining area. Perfect for long evenings of dining or relaxing after a day outdoors. There are two bedrooms, both equipped with comfortable box-spring beds, reading lights, an open wardrobe, and a mirror – making it ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends alike. Outside, you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the veranda or the atmospheric terrace with lighting – a wonderful spot to sit together, even on balmy summer evenings.

Comfort & Sustainability
This tiny house is sustainably built with great attention to detail. Thanks to underfloor heating and excellent insulation, it is comfortable all year round – even in winter. The garden was designed by Studio May&June and blends beautifully into the natural surroundings, offering a playful and green ambiance.

Location
Knus Veluwe is located on a small-scale holiday park surrounded by nature. You can easily walk or cycle straight into beautiful nature reserves such as Landgoed Tongeren and the Wisselse Veen. On the park, you will find a playground and a cozy forest lodge (boshuis) for snacks and drinks. Right next to the park entrance is a pancake restaurant – always a hit with young and old alike.

Guest Access
The chalet, the garden, and the parking space are entirely at your disposal. Check-in is flexible; upon request, the key will be waiting for you in a secure lockbox. Upon arrival, a welcome pack is ready for you with essentials like coffee, tea, cooking oil, sugar, pepper, salt, and dishwasher tablets. The beds are already made for you – so your holiday can start right away!
