Serenity Acres is situated on 1.57 acres, and this rustic, pet-friendly rental offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and fully paved, gated access. This lodge features a fully finished basement, cathedral ceilings, layered tongue-and-groove walls, a hot tub, fire pit, and wraparound porch.

The open-concept eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, tile backsplash, and a center island flows perfectly into the living room to enjoy conversation while fixing a hearty mountain breakfast before hitting the hiking trails.

The roomy King master suite on the main floor includes a newly remodeled full bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted soaking tub. A spectacular Mountain Laurel staircase leads to the second-floor Queen bedroom, open sleeping loft featuring a Twin-over-Queen bunk bed, and private bathroom. Downstairs is a finished basement complete with a Twin-over-Twin bunk bedroom and full bathroom, plus the cabin's game room with bumper pool and a Pac-Man machine.

Step outside the terrace-level game room to soak in the hot tub, or walk over to the wood-burning fire pit for s'mores. Serenity Acres is the perfect base camp for all your outdoor activities, such as whitewater rafting on the Ocoee River, tubing the Toccoa River, or hiking the trails in the Cohutta Wilderness.

🔹 Dogs are welcome at Serenity Acres! A maximum of 2 dogs, with a 50-pound weight limit, are permitted for a $50 fee.
🔹 There is a nonfunctional camera at the side steps entrance. Do not move, cover, tamper with, or take down alarms, security lights, or cameras.
🔹 The indoor fireplace is not advertised as an available amenity.

For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required. This cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and is charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. If the property requires additional cleaning due to excessive mess or damage, extra charges may apply.
