« The hotel room was really big, it just felt a little run down and dated. The hair dryer stopped working, the television didn’t work, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and had a bit of a plumbing issue. The staff were great and rectified the plumbing issue quickly. You could hear bricks underneath the carpet when walking, again maybe just an age thing. « Room cleanness was a big issue. The first day, we found insects in the bed, behind the pillows. Three and big ones. We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal. Sofa was not clean also.
