We went on a pretty warm day(mid summer)the downstairs was a little warm but the rooms upstairs had a.c. units which helped. House was very close to wineries and a cute a little town. « I spent a week at this apartment and, while it may not be for everyone, it could be a solid option if you're looking for a cost-effective, clean place to stay with responsive ownership.Pros:Excellent Host Communication: I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, and the host responded promptly. It turned out to be a provider issue, but I appreciated the quick follow-up. Later, the A/C went out, and they had it working again right away. « This apartment was so easy to locate, check in and was absolutely beautiful and cozy. It was very clean, and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. « Very nice place. Central to lots in Erie... 10 minutes everywhere. Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. It was extremely hot during our visit but the ac in the bedrooms and living room...

It's not quite as big as the pictures depict but was perfect for our needs. It was well-equipped and in a perfect location if you plan on visiting the wineries.
