« From the moment we arrived we felt completely at home. The cottage is absolutely beautiful- clean and so well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing gateway all five nights. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings and that incredible view. We were looking for a special place to unwind and recharge and we found that there. The host is very thoughtful and kind! »

« Overall, 2 weeks of quality family time. The cottage had everything! The location is great, on a relatively quiet lake. The host added little extras (snacks, lots of coffee). The kitchen was well equipped (just could use a long-handled BBQ basting brush, ha!). Excellent wi-fi bandwidth (teen social media and gaming well supported!). Multiple enclaves around the lake-side property for scenic variations and peace or party. »

« Loved this beautiful cottage. The owners have built this place so beautifully that we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was clean and fresh. Well stocked and tiny details has been addressed. The kitchen and family room was so warm and cosy that we friends enjoyed cooking and eating together there. The barbecue and backyard was the icing on our cake. The best part of our stay was star gazing at night. The clear skies were twinkling in full glory

« My family and I returned home from our vacation at The Perch this past Saturday. It was absolutely lovely. Our hosts we very organized and timely in their communications and they set a level of expectation that they more than achieved. Upon arrival we found all kinds of little touches that warmed our hearts. The cottage is clean and very well stocked. I mean WELL STOCKED. It is sadly very rare to rent a cottage and find pots and pans that are not warped or furniture that smells of a curbside....

« We spent the first week of July at this property, and it did not disappoint! The cottage is a nice mix of rustic and modern, and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were all comfortable and the living space was perfect for hanging out and watching a movie. What really makes this property are all the different outdoor spaces. The upper deck was ideal for morning coffee and after dinner lounging. The waterfront was outstanding, with excellent swimming...
