„I drove up to a residential neighborhood with cars parked on the side of the road and packed into driveways.....the facility is a private residence, and it felt creepy. I think a lot of houses in the neighborhood are renting rooms, because the number of cars on the streets and driveways is not normal. My recommendation is to fully advertise that this is a bedroom in a single family residence. I chose to leave and drive back to Laguna Hills, at midnight.“

„The Grotto was such a delightful place to stay! It was very quiet and we woke up each day to the sound of birds chirping. Jason was a fantastic host -- he was very responsive and gave clear, concise instructions. The property was easy to find and well-located. I started most days with a run along the path 2 blocks away and finished with a dip in the pool. The Grotto was also the perfect place to vacation with our dog!“

„The room was fine! But I would say the steps are really unsafe for older people. There was a warning about steps but no mention of how steep and uneven heights of the steps. The handrails were essential but somewhat overgrown with branches of the bushes growing next to the handrails.“
