„The worst experience I have ever had. There was no heater in the unit (the temperature was 37°F when I arrived). The host never provided the unit number and never responded to any of my follow-up messages. They left us waiting at the location for two hours just to answer the phone and respond. I left immediately after opening the door and seeing the condition of the place. The unit was unacceptable, and the bathroom was disgusting as well.“

„True to the property name we found it both charming and cozy! One of our grown kids said they would love to have a similar property one day (they especially loved the charming anf cozy basement rooms). Wonderfully decorated and extremely utility with a variety of kitchen and laundry appliances. Owners provide clear and detailed information for check-in and check-out. Very convenient location if visiting IDF Temple, BYUI in Rexburg, Museum of Idaho, Swan Valley, Craters of the Moon & INL sites ...

„Attacked by dogs allowed by owner, even though no animals allowed. NO concessions, just Sorry wont happen in the future. FYI - There will be no future. When I step out of the shower on the rug all was fine but whenI stepped on the flooring my food was still a little damp and the flooring felt greasy /slime. Less worried about the slip hazard and more about what ever was caked on the floor. Kind of grossed me out. Appeared clean but clearly had issues of some sort.“
