« The TV did not operate but a few minutes during our entire stay. While the young lady fixing breakfast was doing her best she was overwhelmed. Each morning we had to wait for different items to be fixed - eggs, 'taters, and meat. Also ran out of bread each morning. The "setup" of the serving line needs to be changed and the waffle makers moved do that if not waiting to fix a waffle a person can serve other items and not stand in line. »

« After a long day of driving we arrived at 11:45pm to be told they could not help us because their systems were down and we needed to go elsewhere. Horrible for us and we get unexpected problems can happen but under the circumstances they could have offered to recommend somewhere else and imagine if they even called ahead to see if there was a room available!
