« The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not...

« Booked handicap room by mistake - but clean and roomy. Did not know tub only, and we prefer shower, so will pay more attention next time. Breakfast excellent. »

« For the price it was not worth it . We only stayed due to a power outage . No breakfast, Starbucks machines were down and the staff tried to charge me for regular coffee . Rooms need to be cleaned especially the carpet due to allergens . Guy didn’t want to give me 2 keys per room initially . We booked 2 rooms . Mot a fan of this location at all . »

« Overall amazing hotel to stay, especially for several days as the rooms have a full kitchen with everything you might need. My only complaint was breakfast closing at 9:00am during the weekdays. Room was great, clean, and more or less up to date. There may have been a few areas which could be touched up. Pool and gym were nice additions. And nearly zero noise even next to the highway. Arthur helped us anytime we needed assistance. Recommended for sure! »
