« Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. « The cove was definitely beautiful. The only thing they didn’t have like an actual bar where you can buy dreams or food nothing is really close by to this film. I was suggesting downtown. Everything was a little bit further out from this location. They had a very small pool, but the hotel itself was very low-key and cute but I just wish I would’ve booked something closer to downtown. »

« Room was clean. Staff kind, the cleaning staff needs to be more quiet before 9:00 in the mornings because everything in the halls echoe, slamming of doors, dragging things echoes, and startles you in your room. Food great! »

« I’ve been going to St Croix for 12 years and need to advise that if you’re looking for a 5 star luxury hotel / resort; you’re on the wrong island; goto St Thomas. Hotels here are mainly historic / small, which keeps with the island. With that said I loved staying at this hotel. It’s 300 years old; very clean, in the heart of everything, just feet from the restaurants / shops / water. The manager is on site. « The staff was helpful from start to finish. Having a washing machine and dryer for free was a nice surprise. The bar was a nice quiet bonus at the end of a busy day! And the location was close to everything, but still a block away on a quiet street. »

« The apartment truly does sit in the heart of Christiansted - a perfect location for popping out to a local dinner, browsing local shops, heading out for an excursion, or ducking downstairs to the juice bar. The space was well maintained very clean, and provided everything we need. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this apartment for a trip to Christiansted. »
