„Great place to stay close to mall and store Clean and quiet“

„Everything was incredible, the northern lights welcomed us intensely from the balcony. A must.. dont think about it just do it. Devin was an incredible host.“

„Very affordable and clean. It was in a great location. Communication with the host was easy. Would stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Fairbanks.“

„This was the perfect location for visiting Fairbanks attractions. Exactly what we needed for our pre cruise tour stay. The hosts were very communicative. The house was clean, easy to find, parking was ideal. The bathroom and shower were clean. The water pressure perfect. Plenty of towels. Highly recommend!!“

„This was such a nice little house! The location was really convenient as Chena Pump Road turns into one of the main throughfares in Fairbanks, but as it was a few miles out of town, it was super quiet. One word of warning, it's on a wooded lot, so no breeze in there. That directly translates to mosquito swarms in the summer! We were excited to use the hot tub, but couldn't do it with the skeeters out there! If you are travelling to Fairbanks in the summer, pack your bug spray! The owners ...

„If you are headed to Fairbanks, you can’t find a more centrally located place to hang out. It was very clean, spacious, easy to access, extremely well stocked and the laundry appliances were top notch! Thank you for a great experience!“

„This was the perfect getaway for my partner and I. It was small but quite comfortable! We only used the shared bathhouse for restroom needs, which was clean for the most part but as the water was running, we did notice a sulfur smell. Not sure if this is normal for the area or for how the vacation homes are set up, but something to be aware of. Overall, it was a great experience and I also want to mention that the bed was THE most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on while on vacation! “

„The stairway going upstairs is steep, but has adaquate hand railings. The entry in to the unit was a bit tough, a landing at the top of the stairs would make it easier when carrying luggage. The house was done beautifully and stocked much better than expected. While we did not drink the wine, it was a nice touch. The snacks were very much appreciated and enjoyed.“

„Cozy, contemporary, environmentally conscious. Thank you.“

„Kitchen was sorely lacking in supplies. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen and the other with a queen and a twin. There was no hot tub which is why I booked this place. The owner said it was a miscommunication. But his listing is misleading. There were no hangers or dressers for us to put our clothes in. This property wasn't close to anything. There were no smoke detectors and there was black mold. I will not use VRBO again if this is the kind of properties you let list.“

„The place was absolutely as described and checking in and out was made so easy. It was in a great location, we loved the neighborhood.“

„Nice, convenient apartment with parking.“
