The location was fantastic! It was so close to all of the shops and restaurants. The flat was very clean which we loved, and the property manager Shawn, was very friendly. We met him once in the common space and he communicated instructions befor check in. I only gave 3 stars because i thought it was overpriced for what we got in return. We have never been to Colorado before or Estes Park but have read about the beauty and scenic views. The only window in this unit, blinds opened to a painted hallway wall. There was no patio or private outdoor space to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or nightly cocktail. I smoke cigarettes and there is no smoking anywhere on the property so i had to drink my coffe standing up near the street to smoke. It was not the relaxing vacation i expected. No where did i read that we would have a private space for that but i made an assumption an i was wrong. Just wanted to put that out there so people would know that there is no private outdoor space or view. The inside was very clean like i said before. However, we did have a few issues with it. The lighting was not good, especially in the bathroom. There are lights in the batbroom but not over the mirror so it was dark and couldnt see to put my mascara on. I'm 5ft tall and have thick hair. The shower head was so high up and the pressure was so weak, it took me forever to even get my hair all the way wet, so you could imagine how long it took to wash, rinse, condition and rinse..
